The Compass Program is a unique partnership between the Franklin County Child Support Enforcement Agency (FCCSEA), the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services, Judge Jamison with the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch, community organizations and parents. By connecting parents to resources directly at a contempt hearing, this partnership serves to help parents chart a new course towards employment and avoid the punitive consequences of not complying with a Franklin County child support order.
