Through its new “Youth with Dreams” program, the San Diego Department of Child Support (SDDCSS) Services encourages teen and young adult parents to continue reaching for their dreams. Youth with Dreams aims to increase young customers’ access to essential resources like education, employment, and other needs for leading a self-sufficient life. This program’s goals are finding ways to reduce barriers that young adult and teen customers face and to dismantle stereotypes associated with teen and young adult parents.
