BECWIB’s Erie County Healthcare Careers (ECHC) program is funded by Erie County through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The program began October 1, 2021. Its focus is on healthcare training that leads to a more sustainable wage e.g. LPN, RN, physical therapy assistant. While in training, participants can receive support in the form of childcare and travel allowances.
