Ballot-to-Go is a full-service ballot ordering and curbside pick-up program first implemented during the June 2020 Primary in response to COVID-19. Voters who needed a replacement mail ballot could call into a Vote Center, speak with a trained Election Judge, and order a ballot for pick-up at one of three locations of their choosing in the 2020 June Primary. After the success of Ballot-to-Go during the June Primary, Boulder County Elections expanded the service to seven locations including two walk-up stations that catered to college students on the University of Colorado’s (CU) Boulder campus.
