The Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) has improved the accessibility and ease-of-use of its traffic division webpages by offering the assistance of an automated assistant, or avatar, named Gina. Gina provides personalized service by guiding customers through traffic transactions for which they are eligible, such as paying a ticket, scheduling a court date, and registering for traffic school. She is capable of providing this customized assistance in English, Armenian, Chinese, Korean, Spanish and Vietnamese. Her purpose is to help customers process tickets by acting as a guide to those with limited experience in completing transactions online.
