“Vote-bot” increases voter registration

The county clerk’s staff, along with the office “Vote-bot,” visits high schools during gradation preparation to register seniors to vote. The “Votebot” (a voter registration robot) draws attention, encouraging students that are 18 or will be 18 by that fall’s election, to register. The “Vote-bot” answers election-related questions and explains to the next generation of voters where, how and why to vote.
