Riter Hoopes

Riter is NACo’s data architect. He leads the design, development, and management of NACo’s data pipelines and reporting initiatives. Prior to joining NACo, Riter was a data analyst on the Harris for President campaign. Before that, he spent three years in the federal government at the Department of Education and the Department of Labor. Riter received his bachelor’s degree in economics and education from Colby College.
