Rick Owens, CGCIO

Rick Owens has 21 years of experience in senior level IT leadership and risk management in the public sector.  For the past three years, he has led cybersecurity and risk management practices as the IT Security Manager for Pitt County, in Greenville, North Carolina.  In this role, Rick has focused on building partnerships that enable the delivery to services to the County’s constituents in a secure manner.
