Kendall Small

Kendall serves as a procurement officer for the Maricopa County Office of Procurement Services in Arizona. Before joining Maricopa County, he worked as a procurement officer at the Illinois Office of Comptroller. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies from Fort Hays State University.
