Hon. Toni Pappas

Commissioner Toni Pappas was elected to the Hillsborough County, N.H. Commission in 2000 and serves as Chairman.  Prior to becoming Commissioner, she served as a New Hampshire State Legislator from 1986 to 1992.  Presently, Toni is Vice-President of the NH Association of Counties.

Toni holds a BA in English from Rutgers University.  She is a Senior Account Executive for the NH American Legion Magazine.  Toni is very involved in her community and serves as Chairman of the Community Action Partnership, Trustee Emeritus of the Manchester Historic Association, Commissioner on the Governor’s Opioid Abatement Advisory Commission, Board member of the NH Chapter, National Football Foundation and a member of the Manchester Rotary.  A former NH State Arts Councilor, Toni is a strong advocate for the Arts.

Toni is widowed and resides in Manchester, N.H. surrounded by her late husband Billy’s “Big Fat Greek Family.”
