Eisha Misra

As Director of Digital and Social Media, Eisha Misra leads the strategy and execution of the National Association of Counties’ (NACo) digital ecosystem. She oversees data-driven digital and marketing strategies that expand NACo’s reach, strengthen audience engagement and support the organization’s advocacy, membership and events priorities.

Eisha brings a decade of experience in digital communications, public engagement and campaign strategy. She previously served as Director of Digital Engagement at the U.S. Department of Labor, where she led digital strategy and audience outreach initiatives. She also served as Director of Northeast Digital Organizing for Biden for President, managing large-scale digital organizing efforts across the region.

Throughout her career, Eisha has specialized in translating complex policy and organizational priorities into accessible, high-impact digital content, while leveraging analytics and emerging tools to optimize performance across platforms.

Eisha earned her Bachelors degrees in Public Relations and Advertising at Pennsylvania State University, and is based in Washington, D.C.
