Claire Gordon

Claire Gordon serves as Managing Director of Integrated Media and Content at NACo, where she oversees the Content Studio, County News newsroom operations, and the organization’s broader digital and communications ecosystem.

Claire has more than 15 years of experience leading integrated media and content strategy across editorial, digital, and multi-channel platforms. Prior to joining NACo, she spent nine years at the Urban Land Institute, where she most recently served as Vice President of Content Marketing Strategy, leading integrated content strategy and multi-channel campaigns for a global membership organization.

Earlier in her career, she worked in digital publishing, public relations, and content strategy in New York and Washington, D.C.

Claire earned a Master of Science from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary. She lives in Arlington, Virginia with her family.
