About
Cheryl Subler serves as Executive Director of the County Commissioners Association of Ohio, where she leads statewide efforts to support Ohio's 88 counties through advocacy, education, enterprise programs, and collaboration. With decades of experience in county government and association leadership, she is known for building strong partnerships and advancing practical solutions to complex policy and operational challenges. Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University, Ohio.
She has served as President of the Ohio Lobbying Association and a guest instructor at the John Glenn College of Public Policy at The Ohio State University. Currently she is Secretary for the Capitol Square Foundation Board, which supports Ohio's Statehouse, a Commissioner on the Ohio Public Works Commission, and Third Vice President of the National Council of County Association Executives (NCCAE).
