Charlotte Mitchell

Charlotte is NACo’s legislative assistant for transportation and environment, energy and land use. She is responsible for analyzing legislation and regulatory activities, as well as administrative duties within our transportation and environment, energy and land use portfolios. Prior to joining NACo, Charlotte worked as a senior legislative assistant in the Oklahoma congressional delegation with time in both the House and Senate. Charlotte received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and her master’s in public administration from George Washington University.
