    Wendy Kinnear

    Since 2006 Wendy Kinnear has served as Regional Coordinator for the Pennsylvania’s Education for Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness Program. In this role she oversees a ten county region, with an approximate population of 3,000 children and youth experiencing homelessness. Wendy previously held administrative positions with the Lawrence County Community Action Partnership Head Start, Value Behavioral Health of PA, Women’s Shelter/Rape Crisis Center of Lawrence County, and the Human Services Center in New Castle, PA. Wendy obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grove City College and her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and a School Counseling Certification from Slippery Rock University.
