Vicki Watson

Vicki Watson is the Executive Director of the National Community Development Association and has overall management responsibility for the operation of the organization, to include fiscal, staffing, and operational. Vicki is also responsible for the Association’s policy and legislative work. She also serves as the lead for the CDBG Coalition. Vicki has been with the Association since 1998, having served as Assistant Director and Legislative Director.
She holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from George Mason University. A native of Virginia, Vicki resides in Fredericksburg, VA.
