Thomas Nisbet

Thomas Nisbet leads IBM Cognitive and Analytics offerings for State and Local Governments. His experience and focus is concentrated on assisting Government entities in AI driven customer service transformations and fraud detection. He has over 15 years Government industry experience in Health and Human Services, Unemployment, Regulatory and Licensing, and Census, as well as commercial health and insurance payors. Thomas lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife and 2 sons. He attended North Carolina State University. He spends his time exploring North Carolina’s mountains and beaches and volunteering with several local organizations.
