Sheanal Carter

Sheanal Carter is the legislative aide for the chair of the Wayne County Commissioners Alisha Bell. Prior to joining Wayne County, Sheanal worked as an audit intern for MSL CPAs & Advisors in Orlando, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. During Sheanal’s tenure at Bethune Cookman University she was initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, elected as the Junior Class President in 2018, and elected as the Executive Treasurer for the Student Government Association in 2019. She is now back in her hometown Detroit, Michigan working on her Master’s in Accounting at Wayne State University.
