    Rose Winkeler is the Senior Civil Deputy County Attorney for the Coconino County Attorney’s Office in Flagstaff, Arizona. She leads the Civil Division, which represents the County Board of Supervisors, County Elected Officials and the many departments of the County as well as many special districts. She primarily practices in employment law, elections, and public contracts. She completed the Flinn Brown Civic Leadership program in 2018 and continues to volunteer with the Flinn Foundation. She has also volunteered with The Literacy Center of Coconino County and Girls on the Run of Northern Arizona. On the weekends, you’ll find her running or hiking on the trails in and around Flagstaff.
