Melissa Glynn

Melissa Glynn has supported counties, cities, states and federal agencies as a consultant and a government leader to comply with legislative and regulatory changes, maximize value and improve citizen services. She served as the inaugural Assistant Secretary for Enterprise Integration at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, serving as the agency’s chief management officer and chief performance officer. Melissa has advised communities on how to direct their funds to maximize recovery benefits and how to best organize to deliver associated programs.
