About Max Bouchet

Mr. Max Bouchet is a research analyst at the Brookings Institution’s Metropolitan Policy Program. He conducts research on the economic competitiveness of metro areas. He is currently working on the Global Cities Initiative to help U.S. and international metro areas strengthen their global economic connections and competitiveness.

Previously, Mr. Bouchet was chief analyst of Conway, Inc., an Atlanta-based economic development consultancy firm that publishes Site Selection magazine. He managed research and statistical analyses on investment attraction strategies for state and local economic development organizations, both domestic and foreign. He oversaw data research for various global rankings and publications on international trade and foreign direct investment.

Mr.Bouchet graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris, France) with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master of Public Affairs.
