About Marco Toscano

Marco Toscano is the Director of Customer Experience for Denver International Airport (DEN), the largest airport in North America and the third busiest in the world. Marco is responsible for the overall customer experience, including customer intelligence, exhibits, and events. He also develops strategic partnerships that are focused on creating a positive experience for DEN customers. Marco joined DEN in 2014.
 
Marco’s passion is serving as a customer advocate for internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining the DEN team, Marco worked as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience, Ancillary Sales, and Customer Engagement at Frontier Airlines. In that position, he oversaw passenger ancillary fees and policies, inflight entertainment, buy on board services, community sponsorships, social media, and passenger experiences.
