Leslie Harlien

Leslie Harlien is Vice President for Education, State and Local Government Strategy in North America with Dell Technologies. She has been with Dell for 27 years and has held numerous sales and leadership positions during this time. She has a BA from the University of Texas in Austin. Prior to Dell, she started her career as an Area Director for Extend-A-Care in Austin, Texas. She joined Dell in 1995 as an inside account manager and then transitioned to inside management for five years. In 2003 Leslie became an Account Executive in Texas. From there, Leslie became a Regional Sales Director in 2006 where she had responsibility for the Central United States for Large Public customers. From 2013 to January 2016, Leslie was the Executive Director for Commercial customers covering the central and eastern half of the United States. From 2016 to 2018 Leslie was the Vice President of Sales for the South Central for our corporate customers as well as Education, Healthcare and State and Local Government customers and their respective Dell teams. Presently, Leslie is responsible for the State and Local Government and Education Business Development and Strategy teams for North America. She is on the Advisory Board for the Business School at the University of Incarnate Word. She is involved in her community and a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Leslie resides in Lago Vista, Texas, with her husband and has two children. Leslie enjoys traveling, sports and spending time outdoors with her friends and family
