About Kyle Marinelli

On behalf of the 570+ state and local workforce boards and their employer partners, Kyle advocates for the advancement of workforce development and education policies that expand human capital within our economy. As the leader of NAWB's advocacy and legislative efforts, Kyle's policy focus includes WIOA, SNAP E&T, Wagner-Peyser, appropriations, and many workforce adjacent policies across a variety of industries and sectors.

After graduating from Penn State with a BS in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems, Kyle was brought into JPMorgan’s Global Analyst Development Program as an Investment Banking Strategy and Process Improvement Analyst. While pursuing his MS in Public Policy and MBA from Carnegie Mellon, Kyle worked for former PA Governor and Secretary of Homeland Security, Tom Ridge, as a Policy Associate focusing on cybersecurity and data privacy. Prior to joining NAWB in 2021, Kyle was employed as a data entry clerk, substitute teacher, and janitor as well as several additional capacities; experiences that have taught him the value and dignity of work, regardless of position.
