Kevin Norton

Kevin Norton serves as the Associate Chief for the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He oversees the agency’s programs, technology and administrative operations, along with national direction and oversight for the agency's financial and technical assistance programs and deputy chief areas. Prior, Mr. Norton was the NRCS state conservationist in Louisiana. He began his NRCS career as a range conservationist in Lawton, Oklahoma after graduating from Oklahoma State University.
