Johanna Contreras

Johanna Contreras is the deputy county executive of Ulster County, New York. Prior to her appointment, she worked in the Office of Management and Budget in New York City, including serving as the assistant director for education. She holds a masters degree in urban policy analysis from the Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment at The New School.
