Jesse Garcia

Jesse Garcia is the president of the League of Latin American Citizens (LULAC) D.C. Lambda Chapter. He is from Brownsville, Texas and holds a bachelors degree in communications at Our Lady of the Lake University and a masters degree from St. Mary's University. Mr. Garcia joined LULAC in 2006 and cofounded the first LGBTQ LULAC Council in Dallas, Texas, and helped launch LULAC Lambda in 2014.
