Commissioner, Lincoln County, Ore.
Bill Hall is currently serving his fourth term as a Lincoln County Commissioner. He is active in both NACO and the Oregon Association of Counties (AOC). He served as AOC President in 2017, and made Stepping Up his Presidential Initiative. To date, 21 of Oregon's 36 counties have adopted the Stepping Up resolution. During his time in office, Commissioner Hall has focused on health, housing and homeless issues and sees Stepping Up as a great opportunity to promote more effective cross-system collaboration. Prior to his election as a county commissioner, Hall was a working journalist, spending 25 years in newspaper and radio reporting.
