Helena Denham-Carter

Helena Denham-Carter is the Division Director, Benefits and Employee Support Services of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Prior to joining Miami-Dade's workforce, Ms. Denham-Carter was the Director of Operations of the 1199 National Benefit Fund, a senior financial consultant with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the HRIS Operations Manager of Benefits Outsourcing with Marsh & McLennon Companies and a benefits and pension consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
