Health Policy Researcher, RAND Corporation
Dr. Francesca Pillemer is a Health Policy Researcher with the RAND Corporation. Dr. Pillemer focuses on qualitative research, technical assistance and training, applying these skills to a broad range of public health and health care issues. She has been with RAND for several years, working primarily on federal and private contracts, including contracts for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response and the Department of Defense. Dr. Pillemer received a PhD in Health Policy from Harvard University and a MS in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
