Christine Binnicker has spent the last 25 years in technology with broad experience in applications, infrastructure and operations, program and project management, cybersecurity and data privacy, and resident experience. She has led a team of 350+, managed an $80M budget, and has been the executive sponsor on countless projects. Most notably, the last 10 years have been focused on modernizing technology in the public sector. Her efforts have resulted in the reduction of technology debt by moving to platforms like Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow and include the implementation of all 3 platforms in the City and County of Denver.
