Cathrene "Cat" Nichols

Cathrene “Cat” Nichols, a U.S. Army veteran, currently serves as Senior Director of Community Affairs Manager for Spokane County, Washington, where she provides direction and vision to SCRAPS, Community Services, Housing & Community Development, Veterans Services and the WSU CoOp Extension for Spokane County. She is a Vice Chair of the NACo Veterans and Military Services Committee.
