Carolyn Stalgaitis

Carolyn Stalgaitis is a Research Scientist at Rescue Agency, where she leads both qualitative and quantitative research to inform the development and evaluation of health education campaigns. In particular, Carolyn's research has focused on developing teen tobacco and substance use prevention programs for county, state, and federal clients, including work on the FDA Center for Tobacco Product's Fresh Empire teen tobacco education campaign as well as Rescue's Behind the Haze teen vaping campaign.
