Brian Muir

Brian Muir, President and Founder of the James Madison Group Inc., has over 26 years of employee, organizational, business, and community development experience.  He has worked with over 180 government agencies and has developed over 12,500 front-line and management personnel in 17 states.  He served four years on the North Salt Lake City Council, one year as Mayor Pro Tem. Before starting his consulting firm, Brian worked 15 years for Equis International where he built and managed very productive and profitable international customer service and sales management teams. Brian graduated with high distinction from BYU with an MPA and a BA in English.  He grew up in Idaho Falls Idaho as the oldest of 12 children.  He and his wife of 33 years, Michelle Cole Muir of Lander Wyoming, have four children and seven grandchildren.
