About Aubrey Phillips
Aubrey serves as the Strategic Performance Manager for Pinellas County Government responsible for leading and facilitating strategic planning, performance management, and their integration with the budget. Since Spring 2020, Aubrey has been providing leadership to support Pinellas County’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. First leading the development and launch of the County’s COVID-19 data dashboard prior to taking the lead role for Pinellas County’s CARES CRF program in June 2020.
A self-described local government nerd, Aubrey has worked in state and local governments since 2000, bringing a positive and inclusive approach to her work. Aubrey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Environmental Studies from New College of Florida and a certificate in Advanced GIS from the University of South Florida. A 2017 recipient of the Florida City and County Management Association’s Emerging Leaders Scholarship, Aubrey is completing her Masters in Public Administration at Florida Gulf Coast University.
