About Ashlee Delventhal

Ashlee Delventhal began her career as a Red Cross volunteer. Over the next 18 years, she grew into a leader in the emergency management industry. Currently as Senior Director of Resiliency, Preparedness, and Emergency Management for Tidal Basin Group, Ashlee strives to honor her intention for becoming an emergency manager, as she helps governments and other organizations build their preparedness programs.

Ashlee has worked in a wide range of roles throughout her career, including non-profit, local and federal government, airports, and currently in consulting. Her career interests include catastrophic disasters, mass evacuation, mass casualty/ family assistance, and aviation. She has responded to 20 large scale disasters and supported some of the largest special events in the country, including multiple Mardi Gras celebrations and Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans. Ashlee is a Certified Emergency Manager from the International Association of Emergency Managers. Ashlee lives in Brighton, CO with her husband and two dogs and enjoys travel, live music, and motorcycle riding in her free time.
