Navigating the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) has proven to be challenging for counties nationwide, especially when compounded with the financial impacts brought on by the pandemic. County leaders are faced with the mounting strain of implementing a sound grant allocation program while ensuring compliance with Federal directives and requirements and handling the added pressure of expediting funds to applicants directly impacted within their community.
