Exclusive Briefing on the Inaugural U.S. News Healthiest Communities Rankings
Join Brian Kelly, Editor and Chief Content Officer at U.S. News & World Report; Dr. Georges Benjamin, Executive Director of APHA; the Hon. Roy Charles Brooks, Commissioner, Tarrant County, Texas, and NACo President; and Amy Aparicio Clark, Managing Director of Community Impact and Strategy at the Aetna Foundation; for a special briefing on the Healthiest Communities Rankings, a brand new analytic platform developed by U.S. News in collaboration with the Aetna Foundation. Drawn from a unique evaluation of nearly 3,000 counties, the rankings explore how communities across the United States are working to improve the health of their residents and create an elevated platform for measuring and tracking local health outcomes. Presenters will provide an in-depth look at the rankings, speak about their impact, and share information about related funding opportunities.
