On March 29, the U.S. Department of Treasury released new FAQs related to their Obligation Interim Final Rule (IFR) for the ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF). Addressing concerns raised by NACo, the FAQs offer insights into personnel costs, subrecipient obligations, revenue loss, and handling excess funds. Join NACo for a presentation on these crucial updates and their implications for counties, ensuring you're informed and equipped to navigate SLFRF guidelines effectively. Treasury representatives will also join to take questions from NACo members about the new obligation FAQs and provide insight into reporting requirements for the next ARPA report, which is due on April 30, 2024.
