NACo Officers
  • First Vice President Mary Ann Borgeson spoke about the Live Healthy program and the NACo-MACo relationship at the Maryland Association of Counties’ Winter Conference in Dorchester County (Cambridge) Jan. 2-4.

 

NACo Staff

  • Jay Kairam is the new program innovation director overseeing economic development, health, resilience, justice, transportation, infrastructure and human services programming.  Prior to joining NACo, he served as deputy assistant general manager for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
  • Josef Burkart will serve as health associate, responsible for professional and technical work assignments aimed to educate county officials and fulfill the requirements of various grant agreements. Joe previously served as program analyst for Healthcare Ready.
  • Kirsty Fontaine will serve as health program manager, managing the quality, conduct and completion of project deliverables and ongoing relations with foundation partners and members. Prior to joining NACo, she served as senior program associate for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute.
