Tim Brown

Tim is a Partner Consultant for NACo's Public Promise Insurance. Tim supports and advises NACo's Pharmacy Benefits Management coalition through Public Promise Insurance.

Before joining NACo, Tim served as vice president of the public sector practice with Gallagher Insurance Agency. Prior to that, he held a variety of leadership positions with Aetna Insurance, including vice president of group benefits sales. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of Texas.
