Kasantha Moodley

Kasantha provides expert consultation on the SolSmart program, which provides free technical assistance to county governments seeking to streamline requirements for solar installations. Prior to this consultancy, Kasantha served as NACo's senior program manager for resilient economies and communities. In that role, she focused on environmental resilience, including disaster mitigation, renewable energy and sustainability planning. Kasantha holds a master’s degree in environmental management from Yale University and served as a senior program manager for the Environmental Law Institute.
