Demetra Rice

Demetra is NACo’s payroll & accounts payable specialist. She is responsible for managing and processing payroll for all employees and ensuring that all accounts payable transactions are accurately recorded and paid in a timely manner. Prior to joining NACo, she was the office Manager for Prime Residential, where she oversaw accounts payable, receivables and payroll. Prior to that, she was the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator for the University of Maryland.
