Annie Qing

Annie leads the health and human services portfolio within the County Practices and Innovations department at NACo, overseeing projects that span public benefits modernization, early childhood, substance use disorder and public health. Prior to joining NACo, Annie worked in harm reduction with the San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team. Annie holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
