Information Systems Services (ISS) Department has developed a robust and secure web application for Agencies of Palm Beach County to search for Affordable and Workforce Housing in municipalities and incorporated areas. The Countywide Housing Dashboard portal allows Agencies to locate properties for two programs based on certain income requirements. For the Affordable Housing program, the household income for the year 2022 maximum income for a family of four is $73, 600 and for the Workforce program, the household income is between $54,180 - $126,420. Palm Beach County residents can access the Housing Business Intelligence (BI) Report on their smartphones, tablets, and other devices from the comfort of their homes and businesses 24/7.
