In October of 2015, the Department of Technology rolled out a new, user-friendly, online service locator feature known as Service Center. This new component replaces a scattered array of services advertised on various web pages and difficult to search for with a single, streamlined County information center that puts services front and center for the constituent. Some of the key functionality introduced includes an easy-to-use search feature, a Service Assistant who answers natural language queries, and a browse-able “all services” menu that differentiates between online services and service information.
