The San Bernardino County Probation Video and Media Tracking System (PVMTS) project was developed to replace the legacy Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center (JDAC) Video Tracking website. The project represents a collaboration between the Probation and Innovation & Technology (ITD) Departments. The PVMTS application is an intranet web-based system designed to provide incident video and media file archival and retrieval capabilities for staff located at the juvenile detention center locations across San Bernardino County. The new system provides Probation staff with a centralized, secure, well documented and highly configurable multimedia archival solution to meet the department’s needs.
