Developed by Rockdale County Tax Commissioner RJ Hadley in 2013, the Green Project is a comprehensive green initiative focused on reducing the consumption of resources, eliminating waste and reducing spending through environmentally responsible practices. By identifying opportunities to utilize technology more effectively and transitioning operations to a more virtual environment, the Rockdale County Tax Commissioner’s Office has seen a significant reduction in consumption and cost as a result of this initiative.
