The online vote-by mail application submission and tracking system is a service that was implemented in Los Angeles County through the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) to allow registered voters to submit their vote-by-mail application through a secure website. In California, registered voters who wish to vote by mail must submit an application no later than seven days before an election.
