Alameda County Social Services Agencyâs first-of-a-kind business intelligent data warehouse technology consolidates tens of thousands of case records from its six major source systems. The Social Services Integrated Reporting System has powerful drill-down capabilities and can view a program at the highest Agency level all the way down to the individual client activity level. This makes it easier for ACSSA personnel to access case files, generate reports, and track the lives of the thousands of people in the Social Services system. The Social Services Integrated Reporting system gives ACSSA personnel the ability to quickly track the status of any client. Using real-time reporting and dashboards, they can go to one place to pull the information they need from across multiple agencies. For example, within the Child Welfare Case Management System, any caseworker can generate a new Child Welfare Client Overview Report to show the immediate status of any child, as well as the staff members support services, and program associated with the child. This gives caseworkers the ability to address the needs of the child in question more accurately and with greater speed.
